Jenson Button To Ferrari - Viagra Required

The rumour mill keeps growing and generating stories in a day to day basis, and this one is not an exception.
Wednesday, August 8, 2012

August 9th, 2012 (F1plus / Ernie Black).- The Jenson Button to Ferrari rumour started a little while ago. I'm not sure if there was ever the slightest truth to this one, however, I would have doubted it. Being a realist most of the time, I would say that it is always possible however not probable.

This rumour has flopped and is in serious need of Viagra if it wants to continue to make its rounds. Button is well aware that he has little to no chance at Ferrari with Alonso having dug his hooks into the team. He has the entire team's support and securely holds the coveted number one driver status. Something Button will surely want the opportunity to regain at McLaren where it is still possible to do.

Button can see the struggles Massa is currently going through, and it is quite evident to all of us that Alonso has the team's full support. He can relate in a way, as he has struggled for most of the season and been outshined by his team mate. However, the make up and chemistry at McLaren is friendlier for Jenson than it would be in his current situation if he were at Ferrari at the moment.

Recently, it was reported by Italy's Autosprint Magazine that Button poured cold water on his "interest from Ferrari" story which caused the rumour to quickly imitate a bad case of men's erectile dysfunction.

While Button shares my 'never say never' philosophy, He seems quite content to stay at McLaren until McLaren decide they don't want him there.

For now, I'm going to consider this rumour...limp
