Bio

In 2007, closely-fought battles and tight championship results graced the ever-evolving world of Formula 1 and it left me captivated. A relative latecomer to motorsport, I quickly became an avid fan and garnered particular interest in F1’s illustrious history and the upcoming generation looking to make their mark.

After setting up my blog ‘stoodonthepodium’ in late 2012, I started working in the Formula 1 training ground, Formula Renault 3.5. Since then, I have been able to observe drivers as they continue to develop at a crucial stage in their careers. An occasional member of the World Series by Renault paddock with ‘Crash.net’, I feel I have a unique perspective when it comes to writing about the racing pinnacle here on ‘F1Plus’.

Delving deeper into famous legacies and pinpointing next season’s potential rookies helps me combine my knowledge and enthusiasm for Formula 1 on a regular basis. To be even a small part of a race weekend would be an honour and is, rather unsurprisingly, the dream.
